Products displayed on BARI attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BARI does not warrant that product description or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by BARI is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact BARI within 48 hours of receipt, and BARI reserves the right to provide a solution as per its discretion. BARI is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy.


Bari works with a universal measurement chart and for proper fit or to choose your perfect size there is a size chart attached in product details. 


Measure around the fullest part of your bust, wearing your bra,
with your arms relaxed at your sides.


Measure around the narrowest part of your waist at your Natural Waist. To find your natural waist, bend to one side. There will be a crease just below your ribcage, that's your natural waist. Don’t worry if this seems higher than where you actually wear your pants.


Measure around your body at the broadest part of your hips, keeping your heels together.
This should be where your legs meet your torso.


Length of any garment is specified from our side which can be measured from the upper shoulder point (kindly refer to the picture)


BARI endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if BARI fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, BARI may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost. 


We assure you that the product reached in perfect shape and untampered, but upon receiving of damaged product you must provide a detailed description of the fault or issue along with photographic evidence, within 2 days of the package receipt.

  • Once we have reviewed this information and accept your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-4 business days.

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5 working days for domestic shipments. However, if we are unable to process the shipment due to the unavailability of the product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note of the same amount. 


Once our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer you credit note.

We offer credit notes only:

  • If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge. 
  • The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance


Bari is a handcrafted brand as so there can be a color change of 10%-15% as what you have seen through a screen may vary. If you receive another color other than the one the order was placed, then only it can be sent for exchange or return.  


Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. BARI reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by BARI.


We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see the options for returning or exchanging any of the items.


Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

  • Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging
  • Any accessories including jewelry products and customized stationery products are not applicable for exchange or return.
  • We do not accept exchange or return of discounted products unless a wrong/broken piece has been shipped to the customer. All replacements and refunds are processed only after the sale is over.
  • Please be careful while trying on items. Any item(s) to be exchanged must be in a new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged condition with item tags attached as originally sent.
  • We do not accept return or exchange in case of any customized product.
  • Any footwear that needs to be exchanged must be sent in the same packaging as received by you.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 7 working days of delivery with the following information: - 

Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.


Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at or chat online with us. 

If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps: 

  • Courier the product back to us. This cost will not be borne by us. If you require a pickup facility, we will arrange for the same provided you pay the courier cost in advance.

  • Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges). 
  • You can then use the credit note to place a new order and choose the correct size.

Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing.


  • Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address that has been used to make the purchase.
  • Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.
  • Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of a credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
  • We offer replacements, or size exchanges in case of clothing, only for the same product or style you have purchased.
  • We do not accept return or exchange in case of any customized product, special price product, or accessories including stationery items, jewelry.
  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same.
  • Stationery products can be returned only in case of a genuine quality defect.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.


Normally, we do not encourage such returns as all returns have a negative impact on the environment, and on business viability. To absorb the costs of such returns, we will be forced to hike our prices. We don’t want to do this.

Please refer to our Size Guide, product images, and accompanying description before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or queries, contact us before making a purchase, so that chances of dissatisfaction are minimized.

One person’s interpretation of a good fit may be different from another, and that makes serving a diverse, global audience challenging. 

With these facts in mind, we hope you will reconsider your insistence on such returns.

Still, if you insist on returning the item, you may do so subject to these additional conditions:

  • It should not be Style Customised.
  • You will have to ship it back at your own cost.
  • We will refund the item value only in the form of Store Credit only.


In case of a return, you will have to courier the product back to us. This cost will not be borne by us.

If you require a pickup facility, we will arrange for the same provided you pay the courier cost in advance.

Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page.

Once you reach the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'

You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your discount amount given
